Lisa Rindler

Director of Web Status Programs

Lisa Rindler serves as the Director of Web Programs for the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association. She is responsible for the Surgenet.org system that includes an Emergency Department Reroute System, a NDMS/Hospital Bed Availability System and a Local Mass Casualty Incident System. Additionally, she serves as the contact between the association and the domestic preparedness regional coordinators through out the state of Ohio and the Director of Emergency Management for the Ohio Hospital Association.

Lisa has been with the hospital association since 1998. Prior to her work on the Surgenet.org system for the association, she was the Director of Professional Affairs for the Greater Dayton Area Health Information Network. She previously worked at Kettering Medical Center Network, Miami Valley Hospital and Columbus Children's Hospital.

Lisa staffs the GDAHA Health Information Management committee and provides information technology support for the association. In the past, she has been a professional practice site supervisor for the Health Information Technology program at Sinclair College and served on the Miami Valley Health Information Management Association board.

Originally from Darke County, Lisa graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management and Systems. In addition to her education background including medical record administration, technology, and hospital finance, she is a Registered Health Information Administrator with the American Health Information Management Association. She now resides in Tipp City with her husband, Tom, and three sons, Jared, Adam and Jason. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her son's sporting events, reading and traveling.
