Member Reports

GDAHA is the central collection point for hospital data, which assists hospitals by providing quantitative information to guide decisions regarding business development, human resources, marketing, and quality. Specific reports include:

  • Compensation Survey - Partnering with the Greater Cincinnati Health Council, the bi-annual compensation survey ensures wages for over 100 positions in our hospitals are competitive within the Dayton and Cincinnati regions.
  • Benefits Survey - An annual survey, the benefits survey dovetails with the compensation survey to ensure our hospitals offer competitive benefit packages to employees.
  • Vacancy Study - The annual vacancy study allows HR professionals to identify the vacancy rate for key positions to improve cooperation with our region's education partners. This collaboration will ensure tomorrow's graduates have the necessary education to enter the hospital workforce and remain in the Dayton region.
  • Utilization and Ancillary Studies - The monthly utilization and ancillary reports provide information on procedures performed within our hospitals, including up-to-date analysis of discharges, length of stay, bed count and other variables. These reports provide data regarding gaps in care and changing market trends.
  • Quality Reports - Housed on GDAHA's Centralized Information Platform, the region's hospitals share their quality reporting on a robust data-driven system. The system contains reports for morbidity, mortality, process of care, and length of stay for a number of indicators such as CPOE, AMI, CHF and other factors. Data is reported quarterly in conjunction with the Ohio Hospital Association.
  • Trauma Registry - Like our quality reports, the region's trauma registry is stored on the Centralized Information Platform. Containing over 100 variables such as location, time of trauma, outcome and diagnosis, the Trauma Registry allows for up-to-date trending and analysis of the region's trauma utilization.
