DMAT - Disaster Medical Assistance Team
Mobile emergency team that provides triage and stabilization of patients at a disaster site and providing basic medical services. The Dayton DMAT organization is a first response Level 2 team. The team operates under the National Disaster Medical System, an entity of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
